Terrible Service

<p>had a tablet and a phone from fonechoice my tablet screen smashed when I was ******. Phoned Fonechoice they sent the courier to collect charged me an excess of R500+ when the suppose to be tablet was returned it was a phone I contacted them immediately they gave me a phone instead because tablet was out of stock I told them I did not want it as the phone was faulty too they collected the phone they will send a tablet someone made a mistake . Again sent another phone I think a month a go still waiting for them to collect asked for a senior never available still waiting this morning 9/1/2017 their computers off line cannot phone me back I have phoned them about 5-6 times im a pensioner spoke to several call centre agents who says they seniors . Please Please tell me what to do now</p>
