I am so disappointed with this company, apparently my account is in arrears but then there is a fee of R300 that i made a deal with the legal department as my account was bad and i asked them to debit every month that amount and last week I spoke to one consultant and she said my balance is R1252. 95 cents, so today i get a call from Finchoice telling me i owe the 3000 something, like honestly when am i going to finish paying all this if i should now and then restart paying and the part that makes me sick is the attitude of the last lady i spoke to, i mean as a consultant you are taught phone manners and if she doesnt know them I will personally lecture her on how to talk to people.<br> <br> I have had enough of this ****!!
