Stop utilizing Courierit it's lazy

Hello Fonechoice I have a complain with the shipment that you guys are using. I don't understand how can they send me an email at 16:50 to tell me that the was no contact number for them to deliver my parcel.The other issue is the address that they are having now is an old address , they have been delivering to me for years not on that address.I have decided that I'm part ways with homechoice and fonechoice because of this courierit that is been servicing your customers every time the is a story in 2017 my phone was sent for repairs and later it was despatched at fonechoice it took them 3 weeks to deliver when I called to complained I was told about 10 days time frame to deliver. Really in South Africa .I'm angry that nobody seems to care the other time my parcel was at Bloemfontein and had to be taken back to Cape Town.
