still waiting for my phone

I sent my phone back for repairs as the keypad did not work , it took them 2weeks to come and collect it and it's taking more than a month to fix it I sent it on the 13 November today is the 15 December and I've been told not to expect it now it will come some time January cause it's still in repairs, THIS IS NOT FAIR AT ALL YOUR SERVICE SUCK BIG TIME. I'M expected to pay for a phone that is with fonechoice and it not even my fault that the keypad are not working , I receive the phone End October in November keypad are not working .
