Still waiting for a delivery from February

Hi<br> In January i gave my laptop that i bought from Fonechoice back to Fonechoice to fix it and on the 5th of February i received an sms from them saying that my devise have been dispatched but it was not delivered to me ever since, i tried calling them several times but i did not get help, they kept promising to call me back but they did not.<br> I pay for laptop every month but the laptop is not with me. I asked for manager's contact but i could not get them.<br> <br> Please help its been a long time trying to get my laptop back.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Vusimuzi Thulani Maphumulo
