still awaiting couriers to collect accessories

Fonechoice after my complaint on Hello Peter have now handed me over to their attorneys I am utterly disgusted in the service received how do you hand a customer over after the device has been collected. I have asked on numerous occasions and also sent an email asking for the couriers to collect the accessories which they need. I am so frustrated with the calls received from their attorneys and I have explained to them that I will not pay R4000+ for a **** phone which they have already collected. I now ask to these people to send the couriers or alternatively send me the address so that I can courier the accessories. I am still waiting ......no couriers words cannot describe how I feel about fonechoice. i cannot believe that the are affiliated with Homechoice because i got the best service from homechoice but fonechoice service levels leaves much to be desired.
