Shocking service again

Yet again I had to send the tablet for repairs. The third time now to be exact. It been another 5 weeks again waiting for any feedback from them and if I did not give them a call nothing would have happened. I think after the third time being repaired for exactly the same thing a replacement should be done as it is through a warranty claim. But now I have to wait more than like another 3 weeks for it to be repaired and then only sending it to me so then lets make it another month I need to wait while I am paying for this device. This is yet again the worst customer service from you and this is the problem every single time. I cannot wait for this to be over and never buy anything from you again....
