Settlement Letter

On 31/03/2016 I called call centre and asked for settlement letter and I was told that the amount to require to be paid is R2322.19. I paid R2322.19 on 31/03/2016 with my ID number as reference which I believe it will reflect on 01/04/2016. Can you email me the settlement letter into my email address.
