Rude Callcentre

<p>i ordere a laptopon the fone with fonechoice, and cancelled the sake the samwe day after i got it cheaper on cash. the laptop was not dispatched by the way when i called to cancel( agents said i could cancel within 24hours). dispite that it was still send to me and left to my recepyionist at work even with out my id and proof of res they said i should have on delivery, worse in my absence they left it to a stranger. i then called then after i was notified by the reciever that i dont want the laoptop anymore. they said they would arrange for it to be collected and it was. now i get calls and sms and decuctionfrom them for the device they took.</p> <p>i keep explaining it. their sales angents are so rude. the last one i spoke to was so rude i was forced to write this.</p> <p>i am tire of their calls, and the must just remove the update on my caredt record that i owe them. i have all the commucations from day one. what kind of system are they using that cant udate. its really tr=iring explaining the same thin to 10people.</p> <p>Fonechoice: ********** </p> <p>i contact them on the 20th Jan 2017 reference 177580</p> <p>and the got a reply sms on the 23th that it was resolved. after they called i contacted them again reference 178050 on the 24th Jan 2017, on the 1st March 1st debt order went off. every agaent tells i can see there is a note but they still query, now im in errears !</p>
