Repair on Phone takes 5 months!!!

Hi,<br> <br> I bought a phone at fonechoice in October last year, I had the phone for 1 months and it already<br> gave problems, the phone will just freeze by itself... or just go of by itself.<br> <br> I have reported it to fonechoice immediately, and they only collected the phone in January 2015!!<br> Last week they delivered the phone to me after 4 months!! (17 Th of April) I tested the phone<br> and the phone is still giving the same problems!!!!!! I received an sms while it was in for repairs,<br> and they said to me that the technicians will fix it/replace it?? but it is still not fixed or repaired after 4 months?? I have called them this morning (20 Th of April) and told them its still not fixed, the lady said to me again!! they will collect it, and if it cannot be repaired the will replace it! AGAIN I'm sitting in the same position as I was 4 months ago! I am paying of on that phone R305 a month, for a phone that I do not have/ or not even working!!! Please help me
