Poor service

<p>I have got a contract phone with FoneChoice but this phone I returned it due to technical problem in April ever since then I never get any update until I called on the 9th June spoke with the lady know as Ntombi she was very rude on the phone she end up telling me that they are waiting for the parts but its not her own place to tell me when can i expecg the phone as she is not the technician today I called agai. i met with Ntombi again she was disgusting ended dropping me with the phone when I ask to speak to her manager . I called again the second consultant listened to me when I ask for the manager she kept me on the line without saying anything until the line cut . Deductions are going yhrough on my bank account every month even the insurance fee but until today I dont have a phone is it fair .</p>
