Poor Service

Phone was damaged. They took a while to collect. Since January phone in for repairs. Already paid access fee.Phoned them today and according to rude opperator they do not know when phone will be repaired and also WILL not replace phone. Horrible service rude people....not sattisfied. I am paying for nothing
