phone gone missing
My phone went in for repairs on the 7 Aug and to date has not been returned. I have called in numerous times but to date no feedback. I called in today and was advised that the claims department rejected the claim and I asked them to return the phone which they refusing. I have been paying for a phone I am not using for 5 months - no debit has been missed. I need my phone back as you ****** and ***** and your service is putrid. I am disheartened by your service and will advise anyone who wishes to purchase your products against it. I need management to call back today still.
