Paying for a phone i havent recieved

in 2014 my mom bought a phone for me at finchoice then i had it for a year but then lost it 25 September 2015. My mom then called Finchoice to tell them then they told her i should get an affidavit and all other uneccessary stuff but we did that and sent it to them so she was told she would recive the phone after two weeks we have yet to recieve the phone and its already 2016 now and the annoying thing is that they are still decudting money from her account which makes no sense or are they taking advantage cause she is old and doesnt know any better <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Finchoice to Fonechoice by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
