pathetic service

I bought a laptop from fone choice and it's been malfunctioning since I received it,i reported it ever since and after a 2 months they came to collect it,and they brought it back after 3full weeks nd when it was delivered it had scratches on the screen and broken on the side,yet the only call I received from the trying to sell. Something else to me.they don't hesitate to debit money from my bank account yet I'm sitting here without a laptop for over 3 and a half months now
