Of no use

My mother has ordered a phone from them. The service was pretty well. A week after having received the phone it was no longer working. She reported it and waited 6 weeks for them to collect the phone from home. After not receiving any update besides having to pay for the phone which she does not have. She stopped paying the account and advised them that she can not pay for something that she does not have. I called in today and was told that nothing can be done due to she not being with me to verify the account. I must say that this is the worst service ever. Till today she does not have a phone with her but she must pay for it. fone choice is surly not a good fone as I was told there are thousands of insurance claims and hence more staff had been employed. I dont give a **** about that all I want is to send a new fone or cancel the debit for the phone. I was told the fone was booked in on the 10 Nov 2015, but today nothing has been done, where do fone choice get there agents as this guy. could not advise me were when or how does this happen. Fone choice is a joke if I had to deliever that type of service I'd be fired for not know or evening being able to think about the customers.
