Not even worth half a star.... ABSOLUTE USELESS AND VERY *******!!!!

I placed an order for a laptop on the 8th of October 2018 with Fonechoice with Rachel. Everything was approved and I requested that the laptop be delivered to an additional address, as I am not at home during the day and I did not want it to be delivered to my work address. I was informed everything was in order and I would receive the laptop within 4-10 days. 8 Days later, on the 16th of Oct, I haven't hear a word from them. When I contacted them, it seems as if though Rachel has fallen off the face of the earth. And I was "assisted" by Anastasia, who up till now has done absolutely NOTHING. According to her, the address I requested for delivery does not match my physical address and therefore they have just sat with my order and ignored it, not trying to reach me or make alternative arrangements. It was requested that I email my ID an proof of residence to ********** which I have now done at least 10/12 times. I spoke to Anastasia yesterday, and still she can't give me any feedback. According to her, the email system takes 24 hours. SO if I have been emailing since TUESDAY, 16 Oct and it is today the 19th of Oct, why hasn't anything been received? The problem with this ******* company is that they take your banking details, then they fail to deliver your goods but they still deduct money from your account, so you are paying for goods that you don't even have in your possession. I am saying this on hello peter, so that FONECHOICE can understand me as well, (I also said this to Anastatsia yesterday ON RECORDING) I AM CANCELLING MY ORDER, AND IF YOU DARE TO TAKE ONE CENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED, I WILL SUE THE LIVING **** OUT OF YOU!!!!!! You are a disgrace to HOMECHOICE, they should never have opened a division like yours, fonechoice... As Homechoice has always been very helpful and professional, but you at Fonechoice are dragging Homechoices's name through the mud!!!!!! VERY PATHETIC SERVICE! I am done with companies like you who sit back and ***** people's hard earned money and you sit and get paid for doing absolutely nothing during the day. There are people out there who WORK for their money, just so that ****bags like you can take it from them!!! And reading all the bad reviews about Fonechoice here on Hello Peter, I dare you to prove me wrong!!!!
