No update on repairs nor return

Hi<br> <br> Last year I logged a repairs call with the supplier for a 14\ HC Laptop_Bundle 4 I had purchased from FoneChoice. <br> The laptop was collected by the courier company in December and has since not been returned, no update on repairs has been communicated and the call centre is not helpful when I call to enquire. <br> <br> I no longer know who to contact regarding this issue. <br> <br> Kindly assist <br> "
