No Feedback On status Of Device

I sent a device for repairs on the 29th of January and i waas told it will take 3 to 10 days, but since then I have never heard anything from them. How am i supposed to carry on without the device i bought to be of help to me every day when I need it? Today is the 19th of February and yet nothing is coming from their side, i call them every other day and they are just being quite and not keeping up to their promise of 3 to 10 days and I want to have my device for the reasons I bought it!
