I placed a review on Hellopeter approximately a month ago, it really helped as my phone was picked up in the next 48hrs... Before pick up I had numerous calls from Fonechoice everyone saying they are just making sure that I am using my number, but after them having coming to pick up my phone, they just went quiet again, so this week I called I spoke to a lady Azavalea, she said she will send an email & get back to me the next day with an update, nothing. I called again on Wednesday & spoke to Fundiswa she couldn't see any email being sent, she said she will follow up & call me. I asked if there is anyone I could call myself, she said no it is with repairs but she will call me. It is frustrating that service levels are so low that Customer Care Agents, just do not respond & can't assist you or give you clarity, do they even know the Product, or what Customer Service means....
