Never again

I am disappointed in Fonechoice. On 26 January 2016 I received an SMS that my parcel has been dispatched. On 11 February I enquired about the whereabouts of my parcel. The person who assisted me said the parcel is about to be delivered but she will in any case send an urgent email about it. On 12 February 2016 I enquired again, only to hear but no, my parcel is still in Cape Town. Needles to say, I have still not received it. The worst is: Fonechoice CALLED ME to offer me this GREAT DEAL, which (stupid me) I took, only to still not have it in my possession. I bet the debit order will go off on time. What I really want to know is: if my parcel has been dispatched on 26 January 2016, where has it been and in what condition is it by now??? Even if it still was in Cape Town on 12 February 2016, our country is not that big. I will never order through Fonechoice again. Because when I read all the complaints here, it's clear I might have made a mistake. Very quick to phone and offer me some \great\" deal but when it comes to me actually having the goods, apparently that is not how it works. "
