need to know how long does cellphone repair takes

hi i sent my H1 Destiny phone to fone choice on the 27.02.2015 for repairs they told me the repair takes between 2 to 10 days for it to come back its is still not back and im worried becouse i havent even received an sms about my phone. please help and find out how long will it take for it to come back is been close to 4 weeks now.
