Misleading representitives

Hi, on the 8th of September a Fonechoice consultant phoned me and told me about this great offers that they have on tablets, laptop ect. I told him that I don't need any of these things because I already have all of them, but he was quite convincing the deal included a free gift !!!!! because I was a \valued customer"for over 11jr now I qualify for this \""free gift\"" the gifts that was available for give away was a luggage set"
