Mislead customer

In 2015 october I was called by one of the call center agents from fone-choice, he was selling a laptop that comes with a free canon printer at only R350 a month and with insurance it amounted to R400 per month, but will only start to pay February 2016.I remember i kept on asking the agent if the contract was 24 months as i did not want a debt longer than that,he assured me it was for 24 month. So because it was a good deal I accepted the offer only because it was a 24 months contract and because i really needed a laptop that time. As time went by i noticed i didn't receive any invoices nor statements for my payments and had two other contracts from a different service provider and they sent me statements monthly. It wasn't until October 2016 when I started to enquire about my contract as i thought that i was half way through my 24 month contract . Only when I receive my statement that was when I realized that my contract was now converted to a 36 months old loan. I have been trying to get assistance from fone-choice with no success,I even requested the tape of the sale because that is part of the sale that should you request the tape it will be sent to you upon request. I have called numerous times for the tape, they said they would send it even now i haven't received that tape I requested. I have paid them every and never skipped payment. The do not care about their clients as long as they receive their money they dont care what happens next. i cannot pay close to R14000.00 for a laptop that costs R7000.00. I would understand if it was close to R9600.00 that would include interest but R140000 that is daily light *******. I have been sending emails but i have gotten no response. I must say Fone choice has left a very bad and bitter taste in my mouth, if i could afford to settle earlier I would this is the worst experience i have ever gone through with a creditor. I will never buy anything from them ever again.
