LAPTOP SYSTEM FAULTY

<p>My wife received a laptop on Wednesday night 21 September 2016, we were only able to open the package after 19H00 that evening. The laptop was brought as a present for our son. We started the initialising process that evening which continued onto the following day. As the system was setting up, it started to give system errors and rebooting. We have tried everything to restore the system but to no avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>My wife contacted Fonechoice on Saturday 24 September 2016 at 08H05 and spoke to a Diaan, to report that the laptop is not working and that it is a system error. Firstly my wife gets told she waitied too long (2 days) so she explained she could not make personal calls from their phones and that by the time we get home Fonechoice is closed, so this Fonechoice representitive then says to my wife they have to log it as an INSURANCE claim and she has to agree to the excess first and that it would come off as a debit order and that has to first be acceptaed before they collect the laptop.</p> <p> </p> <p>The more it was explained their is nothing physically wrong with the laptop but with the system itself, the more this Fonechoice representitive inssited on the acceptance of the calim.He then went and cut the call off when asked for the MD number to lodge a complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>We phoned back and requested to speak to a senior manager and got told they would log the call and could expect a call from a manager in the next week. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the tyoe of service Foechoice is proud </p>
