Laptop repairs

Fonechoice have collected me hp laptop on the 2nd of October and was told that the repairs takes 30 days. today is the 9th of November I am still waiting for my laptop to be repaired. Whenever I phone the no one is willing to assist i am being told that the is no contact number for their repairs center and the call center agent's says are refusing to provide the email address for the repairs center. Worst part is that I am still paying for that laptop and I am also paying for insurance for the laptop. My never advise anyone to use the fonechoice services their unprofessional and their call center agent are *********** that hole department is useless
