Laptop repairs

I still have not received a response or any feedback regarding my laptop that was handed for repairs on tears 9th of November 2015. I am now behind with my assignments and studies. No one has called to tell me what is happening and what needs to verify repaired . This is my second complaint on hellopeter and my last...next I am taking this matter further. Instead I'm getting phone calls from finchoice telling me my last installment of R162 us outstanding. Why must i pay for a laptop I do not have . I have had enough of your company and will make sure everyone knows about this. You either give me a new laptop or refund my installments of 36 months including insurance ..I'm sick of your company seriously....
