Laptop not charging and have insurance. No response from them
<p>My 14" HC laptop is not charging and there is a problem with it since before the 29th March. i have sent many emails pertaining to this problem and as it is insured by yourselves, i would like imediate response. I tried to call them again this morning, numerous times and the phone is being disconnected after 6 attempts. Reference of account details is VER01249. Serial number for laptop is nkw549tu0004h00125. I would appreciate a speedy response!!!</p> <p> </p>

Called 0 ********** 22 yesterday again to be told the system is offline AGAIN. Spoke to Mishka who said i was to call back later. I asked for a manager to please call me back and am still waiting!
