Laptop needs fixing no one getting back to me

Im not verry happy with fonechoice, i bought a laptop from fone choice and its screen keeps shutting off it only shows stripes on the screen, sometimes it goes back normal but doesnt last very long. I asked a consultant that it needs to be picked up to be repaired and they said they will send someone and its been about 4months now and nothing. Its poor service and im still waiting, please i need this resolved i pay my account every month so i expect them to be helpfull aswell. Ive also asked them to please send me my statements via email and since i bought the laptop i havent received one statement after asking them a few times to please send it via email to me. And that also have never happend. This is poor service and its a pitty that i have to complaine about it to try and get something done.
