laptop

I send my laptop in for repair and it got missing by fonechoise, my wife give them all the details from the corear services and now i am waiting 3 months for feedback, i called more than 10 times to speak to a supervisor or manager and every time they say he is in a meeting or he is not there and he will call me back but he never does and i have to use my airtime to call and still the same stories over and over. So please help me if you can
