Incompetency

I bought my tablet from Fonechoice in June 2014,I unfortunately lost my fone in November when I got ****** I sent in a claim since It was insured and all the paperwork they requested and after all the waiting they finally sent a new phone which is not working in march 2015...iv been stuck with the phone up to this day and yet I'm paying for it every month...i literally spoke to everyone working at Fonechoice even the managers/supervisors trying to find out what is going on..Fonechoice is a **** company they only care about deducting their debit order from our accounts but don't give a damn about their customers...i regret doing business with them and never in my life will I ever recommend it to anyone..
