im am still waiting for fonechoice to collect

good day <br> <br> my name is ncane i bought an H1 DISTINY phone with fone choice it has been giving me the same problem of not charging i called last year in november to report a fault the told me that the phone will be collected within 2 to 10 working days still it was not collected i called again in december they told me the same thing i called again in january they told me the same thing i called again on the 4th of february they told me that it will defeniytly be collected it and on february now i am still stuck with a phone that i cant use yet im paying every monthso now i do not know weather i should stop paying or continue getting angry and angrier everyday. can some one from fone choice for the last time please come and collect the fone becouse i will not continue paying for it. and i have been moe than patient im beginning to think that fone choice ****** people to buy their useless devises. i will be waiting again for them to collect.
