HOMECHOICE RUINS PEOPLE'S CREDIT HISTORY

Homechoice has been a trusted supplier of household goods since our mothers' and grandmothers' generations however they seem to have dropped the ball majorly. Poor courier services have you being billed for a package that is not in your possession and disputes are dealt with a cold shoulder from their subdivisions, especially Fonechoice.

I was sold a tablet with great enthusiasm from them. I was unhappy with the picture quality and sent the package back within the stipulated return of goods time.

I have gotten no response from the department in question until it was time for them to ask for their money back, for a product I don't even have.

It's concerning that they have no sense of urgency when dealing with customer complaints yet they're so efficient with their billing. Typical greed from companies who were once household names but have lost their credibility. This is the 2nd time I've received such bad service in a period of 2 years.

Working in the customer service industry myself, I understand how \service"beats any product you might have. Why make promises you cannot deliver on? That's the best way to ruin any future chances of securing customers and losing loyal ones."""
