Home Choice is a horrible company, poor service.

Fonechoice a division of Home Choice is a horrible company, with poor customer service. I bought a laptop but upon arrival it had factory faulty so it had to be sent back that was in January till this date i have not received any feedback as to why it hasn't been returned to me, I called and even sent countless emails to enquire and nothing..all I am getting is "we will investigate and get back to you". Its now the 4th month and I am still expected to pay for a laptop thats not in my possession. The agents are rude, there's no feedback or any communication even their complaints department is also of no help. I regret doing business with them, I definitely do not recommend this company at all.
