Great customer service

With regards to my previous complaint a lady named Jackie contacted me amd told me that she is following up cause of my complaint on this site.. Well I was satisfied cause they did what they said in their reply but my replacement phone was faulty and I told her so. She made the collection urgent and the very next day they collected. She kept me updated on the progress on my replacement and yesterday she contacted me to say that they will be sending me a new replacement. This morning i got a text informing me that it is dispatched....I am very thankful for Jackie for her excellent service by always keeping me updated.
