Good morning In 2014 I took out laptop at fonechoice after 2 months it stopped working i reported the matter but it took them 8 months to collect for repairs and after getting it back it was still not working which i reported again but it was never collected i didn't understand because I was paying R394 a month including insurance for something that was not working but i decided to pay it finished anyway because I wanted nothing to do with fonechoice again. To my surprise in August 2017 fone choice debited 1600 instead of the normally R394 I reversed the money 3 times then in November i received a letter saying my acc.is in arrears when i called them i was told that i opened another acc and took a laptop and a Samsung cellphone which i never did. I was asked to go to the police station and write an affidavit which i did but still today the matter has not been resolved instead they have blacklisted me i can't even buy a house because of them.
