I Moses Phatedi, I am writing a complain again regarding Fonechoice. And i am writing on behalf of My wife Cecilia Phatedi I'd *** 083. Cell no ***, She has 24 Months contract phone with fonechoice. Please hello peter, assist me with this complain. I want fonechoice to terminate this contract because this a 3rd phone they giving my wife. This phone its battery its swelling and after charging it after 10 to 15 minutes it beebs and it wants to be re-charged again, and she always carries power bank with her. My wife doesn't pay it anymore because she can't afford pay for something that doesn't work. Always when they bring the new phone, they will say they will pick up the old one, But they don't do that? Because they know they selling cheap staff, something belong to file 13 ' Dustbin'.
Please give us an opportunity to get to the bottom of what went wrong so that we can resolve this.
