Fonechoice not updating ITC

Request to update ITC goes as far back as September 2020. Numerous emails to and from Fonechoice regarding account *** that was repaid. Received confirmation email that account repaid and closed, but more than a year later and still it appears on ITC after numerous requests to update ITC.
