Fonechoice-less

Soooo my debit order is for the 25th, but for the SECOND month in a row, Fonechoice debits before my salary date. The only place who does this, NONE of my other debit orders go off before the 25th. Then I am told by some arrogant phone woman that my account is tracked! Yes darling, I know that, all places who debit do that, BUT Fonehoice is the only place who debits for the contracted debit order date.
