FoneChoice is a nightmare

I need help on cancelling phone agreement with fonechoice, reason being when i opened the FoneChoice account for 2 phones, i was told that i would be assisted if ever i experience any problem with the phones i took on the account, either for repairs or replacement of new phones. On October last year i experienced problem with the phones and the phone were collected for repairs, it took almost two months not hearing nothing from the shop, and every time i called to find out what was the problem i would get horrible service with their customer care consultants who are only friendly when they promote their product. What pains me the most is my money is being taken from my account every month and still i don't have the phones, the treatment of Fone Choice customer consultants is terrible, i need help cancellation of the agreement with this shop, i really want nothing to do with this account or the shop itself anymore.
