Fonechoice/ Homechoice are going to loose more customers

I would never again buy from fonechoice again. I am even afraid to order from homechoice because that's where I had ordered my phone which is now giving me a heachache. I have been send from pillar to post ,since January the 9th I don't have the phone which I am still paying for including the insurance. For such a big company to do that , it's really shameful. I expected better service from them. I surely dont deserve what they are doing.
