Fonechoice Harrasment on Paid up account

<p>The Call centre from Fonechoice are continuously Harrasing me, for a PAID UP - cell phone account, which was NEVER in arrears.!</p> <p>ACcount Number SNY00088 Contract Number ********** .</p> <p>Fone Choice in fact owe me R324.04 for a debit order that was deducted erroneously ,plus additional interest charges and a journal debit processed to balance off the credit.</p> <p>I spoke with a Dean from the collections department about 30 minutes ago , who confirmed that the account is paid up, however i received another call at about 01.32 pm today 03.03.2017 from the number ********** 798 , again asking the same thing!</p> <p> </p>
