hello-peter I have a problem with fone-choice , i received a call from them asking when do i pay for my account because I'm in arrears I asked them to send me my statement they did , i went thru my statement and to find out there are deposit slips that they don't have , on my statement , they called me again i asked them did u receive the email. they said yes when am I paying my account then they said the money i'm owing is for dispute debit orders, and I reminded the lady that 2017 I made a phone call to home-choice informing them that I lost my Job Can they cancel or stop my debit orders I will Pay by cash . my debit date was last day of the month and I was Paying before the last day of the month. and I made a query about deposit slip they send me an email saying they will investigate and come back to me, after few days they sand me an email saying we hope your mater was resolved , by who and when till today I don't know how was it resolved. and according to me they over charged me , but now no one informed me how they are going to refund me, they gave me 2 account to use but they don't look for my name in both accounts
