Fonechoice are *******!

I purchased a laptop in Dec 2017 and had to send it in for repairs in May 2018 as the battery was faulty. After months of contacting them to find out when I could get it back, I gave up! I tried in December 2018 again and was told it is with the courier ready for despatch, but because they were closing for the holidays, I would only receive it in January 2019. It is April 2019 and I STILL do NOT have my laptop despite having called them weekly for an update! They keep promising me they would get back to me as they have contacted the warehouse and are waiting for a response. What makes this all the more frustrating is that every single month they are calling me and offering me new products! This is pure theft! I have no other choice but to open up a case of theft against them in the hope I will get my laptop! Shocking and disgusting Fonechoice! You should be ashamed of this type of service!
