Fonchoice Sucks
So after 3 months of waiting for my phone to be returned after lodging a claim, I get it back with a sticker on, in bubble wrap. Where is the phone box it was so neatly packed in? Where is the cover? SO sick of Fonechoice!

31 Aug 2018, 12:48Let's hope it will be successful! No one can or willing to help at the call centre. Have phone twice, been 1 week now and still NO charger, NO cover, NO box it was sent in, NO memory card, NO cover. Emails to the escalation people, go unanswered
