Fin/Fonechoice refuses to send me my statements so they can add unknown charges on my ALMOST PAID UP account
The last statement that I received on 23 Feb indicated that I owed Finchoice R870.20 (balanced) and that my installment due was R713.54. Then I paid R400 on the 10th of March, then one of your consultants gave me a call and told me that I needed to pay R75 further which I paid on the 12th of March. I was expecting to be still owing less than R500, but I got told that Finchoice put my excess (R***.***) for my lost laptop onto my account plus some interest [I've asked your consultants to drop the debit order as I was being paid different time. I just heard from one of them that I need to get a court orders (news to me after being called by 10+ consultants every day) to have the debit order removed (I don't remember getting a court order to effect the debit order so Fin/Fonechoice is grandstanding and creating processes that are unsatisfactory and bulky for customer to force customers into what they want while they violate the Treat Customer Fairly Act. I have asked each and every one of the consultants that have called me to send me my latest statement to see what I'm currently owing R1600+ for and they keep hanging on me. I'm going to need someone that is honest and is less of a ***** to send me my statements that I've been asking for since March started and all I get are consultants with attitude ready to fight me because they lack basic customer service. I'm going to need you people to SEND ME MY STATEMENT to confirm what you've charged me because you are running a *****ed game on my account to try to make up for those that do not pay. Stop embezzlement of funds! This is just pure ***** that Fin/Fonechoice is involved with and I'm not going to be tolerating this mess! I
