FAULTY PHONE REPORTED AND STILL EXPECTED TO PAY

I took out a contract with Fonechoice less than a month after I received the phone I reported the phone faulty the battery shows its full but as soon as you dial the phone switches off. for months ive been telling them to collect the phone and the matter is always said to be escalated to the Manager or supervisor but nobody has come back to me. I've been told that they were going to send the couriers to collect the phone but I still have the phone in my possession. My husband eventually bought me a Samsung S3 which I am now using. I received a call from the collections department at Fonechoice and they still expect me to pay for something which I reported months ago and am not using. I have had the best Service from Homechoice and Finchoice but I must admit that the customer service at Fonechoice needs much to be desired. I refuse to pay for something which I am not and will never use. I do not want a replacement phone I want the contract cancelled and they refusing to do that. You cannot force a customer to take something which is faulty and which has been reported on numerous occasions. To this day the couriers still have not collected the phone.
