EARLY DEDUCTION UNAUTHORIZED
FoneChoice just inconvenienced me in a very huge way. Our agreement has been they deduct on the 15th every month and if the date falls on a weekend (Sat/Sun) they will deduct on that Friday. Surprisingly today they deduct where's they should deduct Monday. Currently I'm so angry for I called in and was told it's their system there's nothing they can do, how so? Since 2013 nothing like this ever happened and it's not the first year for the 15th to be Monday, why now.<br> What ****es me off is I'm in desperate need of that money and had to pay with it, they haven't called me back. I'm currently stressing for this is not the only account I have and the just put me on this position for what. No wonder other people pay things in cash it's because of such. And they never disclosed this before today saying the system deducts three days before for what. I'm just flaming with anger and stressing.
