Dont buy from them
<p><br />I purchased a tablet as a christmas gift in Dec 2015 with insurance.</p> <p>The device was faulty and was sent to Fone Choice for repairs on the 19th January 2016. Fone Choice repaired the devive and sent it back to me. Inspecting the device it was clear that the device was not repaired. I returned it back to Fone choice on the 17th February 2017 via Rtt courier services and a email was sent. I still have not received any reponse to that email.I only received an sms with the following Ref no 186742</p> <p>On the 14th March 2017, I have once again contacted Fonechoice and enquired about the device. I was informed on the occasion that the device is being dispatched. Ref no 186742.</p> <p>On the 6th April 2017 I lodged another complaint with Fonechoice stating that I have still not received my device Ref no 190993.</p> <p>Dispite weekly phone call to Fone choice and promises that a manager would return my phone call nothing is happening. We have being paying for something we don't have.</p> <p>I have called once again today(24 April 2017) and the call centre agent has advised me that the device is being dispatched today.</p> <p><br />I find it unacceptable as I am expected to pay my premuims every month but I am not receiving the service and device in return for these payments.</p> <p> </p>
