I took out a contract with Fonechoice for a tablet. I told them to come fetch the tablet back as they did not honour the deduction date as per our agreement. I forgot to put back the charger when the tablet was collected and was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries for an amount of R3500. I settled this account in September 2018, received a clearance letter from Shapiro. Now Fonechoice again is saying I owe them an amount R3627.17,I have settled this amount for a tablet I don't own. Fonechoice has appointed Saya Recoveries to harrass me for an amount i have settled 2 months ago. I have sent Simphiwe from Saya Recoveries the clearance letter i received from Shapiro, and I told Lerato from Saya to follow up with Simphiwe. I am tired of this companies taking advantages of us. I suggest that between Fonechoice, Saya Recoveries and Shapiro someone be held accountable cause I'm not paying a cent for something I don't own, were in fact they owe me the tablet.
